Contest Rules - Dermadry World’s Sweatiest Feet Name of Contest: Dermadry’s 2021 World’s Sweatiest Feet The Contest: Record a video explaining why you think you have the sweatiest feet in the world and how they affect your everyday life OR post a photo that demonstrates why you think you have the world’s sweatiest feet! Include a caption that describes the photo and explains how sweaty feet affect your everyday life. Eligibility: Contest is open globally to all countries we can ship to. If you have questions regarding whether we can ship to your country, please visit our website or email support@dermadry.com. Dates: The contest begins on May 19th, 2021 and ends on June 6th, 2021 at 11:59 PM EDT. Prize: 5 finalists will be awarded a Dermadry Total device (valued at $499 US). One grand prize winner will win a $1,000 US cash prize. Submission of Content: Post your submission to the social media platform of your choice using #DermadrySmellChallenge and #hyperhidrosis. To be sure we see it, please also send a link to your video to contests@dermadry.com. The 5 finalists will be asked to send their shoes to Dermadry’s headquarters. Dermadry will cover the shipping costs for this. Judging: The finalists and grand prize winner will be selected by a panel consisting of Dermadry employees. Entries will be judged on authenticity, originality, creativity, relatability, and humour. Winning Entry: The finalists will be contacted directly via email. The finalists’ and winning entries will be announced via email and shared publicly on Dermadry’s website, and social media platforms. Ownership of Content and Right to Use: Entrants own all rights to their entries, but Dermadry reserves the right to share, reproduce, distribute, or exhibit all entries (text and photo) for promotional purposes on its website, publications, social media channels, and media outlets. Copyrights: Submissions must not use copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder. Submissions containing copyrighted material used without permission will not be eligible for prizes. Please note that memes generally fall under the “Fair Use” category. General: Dermadry may disqualify any entry that fosters racial, religious, or sexual prejudice, promotes sexual exploitation or illegal behavior, violates these rules, or is inappropriate, in the judgment of Dermadry. Employees of Dermadry and immediate family and individuals residing at the same address are not eligible to enter the contest. Please note that any falsified entries, such as shoes that have been altered with external non-sweat related substances to make them appear or smell worse than reality will not be accepted. We are exclusively looking for entries from those who suffer from excessive foot sweating in a life altering (or at least shoe-altering) way. If we suspect any tampering or falsification, we reserve the right to disqualify these entries.
